Location: Helderberg Nature Reserve, Somerset West, South Africa

Joggers: Only me

No jog in Helderberg Nature Reserve is easy! I started in the parking lot and took the road upwards that end up at the gate to Erinvale Golf Estate. From here I linked up with the Blue hiking trail and the took the Black hiking single track as a short-cut to the other side of the Blue trail. The downhill was slippery and rocky. I ended the jog with the regular wooden pathway.
