This weekend we stayed at Old Mac Daddy in the Elgin Valley for a wedding. The valley is really beautiful and I decided to take a quick late afternoon jog. The Old Mac Daddy route forms part of the Lebanon MTB Red route and started about 10m from our house! It is always fun to explore new extreme jogging routes and this was no exception...
