This was our first run on the island of Sifnos and we ran from our Villa in the old capital city called Kastro. It seems that most of the routes on this island will be either uphill or downhill, with many single tracks either part of game trails, or marble steps and walk-ways built by farmers. This jog was basically a circle route around the hill next to Kastro. It is confirmed... the scenery on the island is absolutely breath-taking!
