Location: Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch, South Africa

This run was basically the definition of an "extreme jog". We did the normal Swartboskloof to Sosyskloof Western Loop in fairly extreme conditions at a fairly chilled pace. During the run we had sun, rain, "snow", river crossing, waterfall jumping and slipping & sliding. What an extremely enjoyable run in a beautiful area!
