We started our run in the "Bo-Kaap" (Malay Quarter) one of the most famous areas of Cape Town. Our path snaked up on a single track or two and then we hit a jeep track all the way to the top of Signal Hill. We followed single tracks to the Mosque at the foot of Lion's Head and then finished our run heading into Tamboerskloof on more single tracks. What an awesome way to start your morning!
