On Tuesday we decided mixed it up and run towards Kirstenbosch. We started with a run past the old wood cutters ruins and then connected onto the Silvertree route. We climbed to the contour route and then dropped into Kirstenbosch. After about 50m in the gardens we turned towards Newlands again. The run was a good change of scenery and as challenging as always with all the ups and downs.
