Constantia Greenbelt Trail Run

Our trail grading: ORANGE 8B
Distance: 7.03km
Extremeness: Tough climb & technical single track
Location: Constantia Greenbelt, Stellenbosch, South Africa
Joggers: Only me

This morning we drove to Constantia to shoot some footage of runners jumping over rivers for TRAIL magazine. Andre took his SLR so we actually had a proper camera with us on this extreme jog. We started on the Alphen Trail next to Dieprivier and headed towards Rhodes drive. We crossed Rhodes drive and was greeted by a very steep climb which is part of Cecilia forest. We cut across on the contour jeep track admiring Cape Town's beauty and sunrise. Heading down was even more beautiful with awesome single tracks next to the river. We took pictures, jumped and played... can't think of a better start to a working day!
