This afternoon I did a chilled trail run just to keep the legs going before the big race this coming Sunday. I took my standard Coetzenburg loop and was surprised by the intense heat - it felt like day in the middle of summer in Stellenbosch. Luckily I had my faithful hydra-pack with me!
