This afternoon I had the privilege of running with my beautiful wife. That is, without a pram and two kids! My parents looked after the kids and we did a standard Coetzenburg loop. This was the first time I could show Riana the single tracks going up Stellenbosch mountain. On the way back we took a small detour and tried out a new single track we saw... it turned out to be unexciting and unnecessarily steep towards the end.
