This afternoon I went for a little test run for my Achilles. I also tried out my new Asics gear: T-shirt and Gel Fuji-Trabuco 4's! I did the short Coetzenburg loop with bitter sweet success. The gear was amazing, but unfortunately the Achilles was still painful. I guess I need more stretches and strengthening!
