On Saturday morning Deryck and I ran from his house and did our classic Paradyskloof loop. We were both semi sick so we took it easy. We also took Deryck's dog, Milos, with us. Milos was impressive on the trail and although she was eager out of the blocks, we gave her a run for her money on the way back.

When you realise your chilled Saturday run is an extreme Impi obstacle ;)
