This Saturday I ran in Jonkershoek for the first time in a couple of months. It was just a reminder of why we use to run there very week. The Achilles is feeling better, touch wood, so the valley will see more of me in the summer. We started on the 1st section of Canary, cut across on a lower contour, climbed via Never Ending and then came back on the middle contour. Finally we dropped down to the gate with an old school single track.
